The location of the cottage was fantastic, just a short walk away from the beach, cafes, and restaurants. It was really convenient to have everything so close by. the check-in process was smooth and we were even able to get into the cottage earlier than expected, which was a pleasant surprise. The tea, coffee, and biscuits provided on arrival were a nice touch and made us feel welcome.
It was shabby and had a musty smell, which made it feel quite unappealing. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable, especially my son's bed, which seemed more like a camp bed with a thin mattress.

We recently stayed at the lovely Tack House cottage at Contemporary Cottage Holidays for a few days. The communication with the host was excellent, and they provided us with all the necessary information. The location of the cottage was perfect, just a short walk to the center and easily accessible. The bedding was clean and comfortable, and the cottage itself was spotless. The kitchen was well-equipped with plenty of cookware, and the cooker and fridge were of good quality. We also appreciated having a downstairs toilet and the convenience of easy-to-use central heating. The spacious upstairs bedroom with its ensuite was a bonus. we had a fantastic stay and would definitely choose to stay here again.
Totally recommend this hotel.
